Within 30 seconds of meeting Louise Banner my anxiety had gone. I was put completely at ease and I no longer worry about my next visit. The prices for private treatment are very reasonable and worth every penny to have my anxiety about visiting the dentists banished for good. 5 star!

My previous dentist did not take any action when i had toothache and was left in pain for a good couple of weeks. I registered with Abbey st dental practice and got seen within that same week. After that first appointment i got told i had an abcess which i got treated for straight away. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and im always put at ease in my check up appointments. The dentists always address any concerns i have.

I have been with this practice for many years I think around 18 now. Louise Banner has been my only dentist during this time. I could not wish for better service, no long waiting time, pleasant welcome, efficient caring treatment. Louise can make you feel like you are her only patient as her memory is phenomenal, she remembers the last conversation that you shared with her and can carry on where last left off. I am currently being transformed with a new bridge, feeling quite excited at the the potential new look. 😁👍

I have used this practice for several years without complaint. When it came under new ownership I was a little apprehensive. However, having been treated by three of the dentists I can give nothing but high praise for their professionalism and that applies to all the supporting staff too. Patients need not fear any form of treatment, as you will be in good hands.

Receptionist is very professional, helpful and very pleasant. Louise always puts you at ease making sure you are comfortable and relaxed throughout your procedure. The hygienist is amazing, my teeth and mouth felt fully clean and refreshed. My mother thought I had had my teeth whitened. The best hygienist I have seen.

Seen the previous review and cannot disagree more. Staff are awesome. Very friendly and have that personal touch. Always fit you in at a moments notice and cured my fear of dentists. 5 stars do not do this practice enough justice. Do not hesitate to sign up people while you can.
